Lyceum of the Philippines (LPU) College of Law (COL) hosted the inaugural Laurel Cup football tournament last year as part of their fundraising activity for the bar operations. 23 teams in Men’s Division and 9 in the Women’s Division competed for the championship.
Out of these teams, Army Victory and Kavet’s Football Club were crowned champions of Men’s and Women’s Division respectively. While Urda Nites, Stallion Football Club, Corinthians Football Club, and LC Football Club Alabang became finalists.
