Davao booters unite for DFAid

SUPPORT came as far as football associations from Lupon in Davao Oriental as Davao's football community play for one significant event and for a laudable cause here on Sunday with the staging of DFAid or Davao Football Aid which aims to gather contributions for the flashflood victims of Davao.

"We have received several calls and messages for support, some coming from as far as Davao Oriental," volunteer organizer Neil Bravo said.
DFAid is a project of the Davao Football Association in cooperation with the Davao Football Community, ABS-CBN Davao and Bravetower Promotions. Davao Football Association president Edward "Chaya" Lam called on all clubs and stakeholders to support the fund-raising project last Sunday at the Tionko Field.
